He has held various roles, including Accounting Manager, Controller, and Project Manager, leveraging his strong expertise. He has helped these companies successfully complete numerous projects.

Jack Chen is a Professional Engineer with a Fellowship of Engineers Canada, a Professional Quantity Surveyor, and a Project Manager with over 33 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in development, construction project management, and quantity surveying.
Jack is very active in the engineering, quantity surveying, depreciation report, and project management sectors in BC, with firsthand knowledge of current construction costs and the latest equipment and building/renovation methods.
Jack is an appraiser/payment certifier for BDC in Tofino, Dominion, RBC, and Beckwith High Rise Business Centre in Richmond, as well as the World Buddhist Temple in Vancouver.
Functioning as the lead in the planning of development projects, Jack works with internal and external teams to conduct due diligence on potential opportunities and devise buildable projects. He provides oversight on all construction activities and leads the planning, budgeting, safety, execution, and quality control of all projects from groundbreaking to completion and occupancy.
